Q: What makes a K–12 school or district eligible for participation in the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program?
A: To be eligible for participation in the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program, a K–12 school or district must:
• Be located in the United States or Canada
• Have an existing Adobe CLP 4.0 or CLP 4.5 or CLP 5.0 membership
• Sign the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program Addendum
Q. What documents are suitable proof of academic status?

Q. Are returns allowed?
A. Per Adobe’s rules, NO returns are allowed on these products.
Q. Are these “lite” versions?
A. No, they are full versions, just like you would find at a store.
Q. Is this a download? Why is there a courier charge?
A. All Adobe software we sell is by a physical shipment. This product ships directly from the distributor’s warehouse in Guelph, ON by FedEx,UPS, or Purolator.
Q. What is the turn-around time for an order?
A. Assuming you have provided payment information and proper academic proof, you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 days in Ontario or 4-5 days elsewhere in Canada.
Q. To whom do I make a cheque payable?

Q. Are other Adobe products such as Photoshop Elements available at education pricing?

Q. Is this legitimate software? Why are the prices so low?
A. We can offer this pricing only to those schools and boards who have signed an agreement with Adobe or eligible students. You can contact the IT department or purchasing department at your school board for verification. We have been an authorized Adobe academic dealer for about 15 years.
Q: Who actually purchases the software?
A: An eligible student, teacher, or staff member at a qualifying K–12 school or district purchases the software for use on a personally owned computer. (Parents or other legal guardians, of course, may purchase the software for
the student.) A school or district does not purchase or distribute software in the program.
Q: May a parent or guardian use the software purchased through this program for commercial purposes?
A: No. Software purchases through the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program are for noncommercial use only.
Q: Which individuals are eligible to purchase software at the highly reduced pricing in the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program?
A: The following individuals may be eligible to purchase Adobe software at low student pricing offered by the program:
• Students in grades 6–12 who are enrolled full time at qualifying schools or in qualifying districts
• Teachers who work at qualifying schools or in qualifying districts
• Administrative staff members and other personnel who work at qualifying schools or in qualifying districts
Q: May a student, teacher, or staff member purchase more than one copy of the same software product offered through the program?
A: No. An eligible student, teacher, or staff member may purchase only one copy of a particular software product offered through the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program.
Q: May students, teachers, or staff members use the software they purchase on personal computers?
A: Yes. The Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program is designed to provide use of Adobe creative software on personal computers—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—at school and at home, anytime, anywhere.
Q: May students, teachers, or staff members use the software they purchase on school-owned computers?
A: No. These licenses can be used only on personal computers owned by the student, teacher, or staff member.
Q: From whom does a student, teacher, or staff member purchase software covered by the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program?
A: An eligible student, teacher, or staff member purchases software offered in the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program from a participating Adobe Authorized Education Reseller. Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program pricing is not offered through nonparticipating Adobe resellers.
Q: Who determines whether an institution or individual is eligible to purchase from the Adobe K–12 Student Licensing Program?
A: The participating Adobe Authorized Education Reseller determines eligibility and conducts all validation processes.
